- How Mentis App platform works
When performing a 1st assessment, which is based on the international guidelines for depression, Mentis uses the filters whose results indicate what are the users current "Mental Health” status
Those guidelines are widely used in the definition of depressive conditions from mild to severe and potential association with other anxiety disorders. Less severe conditions such as stress, sleep disorders, lack of energy are also included in this platform.
An additional test to measure the anxiety level only is also included as an "Emotional Thermometer”. It provides in real time the current emotional "temperature” and can be repeated as many times as the user like. It is a FREE evaluation and the app will provide some daily tips and recommendation to better deal with the potential above the level anxiety symptoms.
